Remal Public School's ICC operates under the Protection of Women from Sexual Harassment at Workplace Act, 2013. The committee, comprising facilitators and Prefectorial Board members, ensures a safe environment by:

• Educating on acceptable behavior and individual rights

• Handling complaints fairly and confidentially

• Promoting gender equality awareness

• Conducting thorough inquiries into reported incidents

• Recommending appropriate actions based on findings

• Organizing sensitization programs

All proceedings maintain strict confidentiality to protect both complainants and accused persons, preserving their privacy and dignity throughout the resolution process.
